Well, I got well and truly soaked filming this video one very stormy day in Cornwall. It took several attempts to get the radio to stay put in such high winds and I ended up sheltering in a cave to prevent the camera tripod blowing about.
For those confused by the narration it’s my version of the shipping forecast. The shipping forecast is compiled by the UK Meteorological Office for all sailing vessels and broadcast on BBC Radio 4 each night after the news.
I often used to fall asleep with thoughts of stormy seas.
